Day 21 - FRIDAY - 9 stone 5 lbs

That's better, I'm back to where I was two days ago. I'm following this 2005 diet 10 years on. It's May 2015 and my weight has been hovering around 9 stone for about a week, which means I've lost 12lbs all together. It dipped under 9 stone yesterday morning (14 May), but later in the evening it was back up. Luckily this blog is helping me to stick to the plan, because I know there is more weight to come off, so I hope it inspires you to do the same.
Here's another tip. If you weigh yourself daily (I do) then always do it at the same time. I usually hop on the scales in the morning because I lose weight overnight. Don't weigh twice a day, like I did today because it might disappoint you. What I have noticed though, is that I can put weight on after going to the loo! Do you think my scales are dodgy?

I had to force myself to write this tonight (actual time 1.10am). Earlier in the evening we heard our beautiful niece Maya had died peacefully. She was only 14 and had battled with cancer for a year. This was terribly sad news and comes only seven months after I lost my dear sister Lesley - it would have been her 65th birthday last Saturday. Two adorable and strong people who were unable to fight this cruel and unrelenting disease. Sadness is sometimes so overwhelming it makes you numb.
