I will go through this eating plan "eventually" and convert weight into grams and add in the calories. This will help you with any substituted food. "Eventually" covers a multitude of timescales, but my job as an editor is so demanding that I can't be any more accurate than that. Today is a bank holiday, but as always, I am on call and due in Bournemouth to cover the open top bus parade along the seafront to celebrate AFC Bournemouth's promotion into the Premier League (first time in its 116 year history) and their win of the season: the Championship title. There is massive football fever going on in this part of the world. The date today, as you will know if you are reading this, is 4 May 2015 and that age old joke, May the fourth be with you, is still being churned out even though Star Wars is a distant memory unless you're a fan.
