Bowl of Mum's Soup
2 Carr's table water biscuits
1 glass of water
TEA
Small bowl of Mum's Soup
4 sesame and poppy seed biscuits
2 oz cheese
2 Carr's biscuits
1 Apple
HIGH TEA
1 hot punch
1 wholemeal cracker
I do seem to eat little and often, so perhaps that is the secret to not feeling too hungry.
