Day 11 - TUESDAY - 9 stone 9lbs

There is a note in the margin and it says: Just feeling happier with the diet. Beginning to stop looking at it as a punishment. Want to lose a stone at least. And then remarkably, I start drinking punch! This is made of red wine, water, brown sugar and fresh orange juice. If I stop losing weight now, I'll only have myself to blame.

BREAKFAST
Cup of tea

ELEVENSES (10am)
Glass of hot punch
2 wholemeal crackers

LUNCH (midday)
Cup of lemon tea
2 wholemeal crackers

SECOND LUNCH (1pm)
Bowl of Mum's Soup
2 Carr's table water biscuits
1 glass of water

TEA
Small bowl of Mum's Soup
4 sesame and poppy seed biscuits
2 oz cheese
2 Carr's biscuits
1 Apple

HIGH TEA
1 hot punch
1 wholemeal cracker

I do seem to eat little and often, so perhaps that is the secret to not feeling too hungry.
