Bet I was thinking: Oh no! I've put on a pound. How did that happen? I must get the scales checked. But it's no joke, all that scrimping over food for no weight loss is a bit upsetting to say the least. I'd like to know the science behind this if anyone can help.
BREAKFAST
Cup of tea
LUNCH (midday)
2 Fox's wholemeal crackers
Lemon tea
1 bowl homemade soup and parmesan
Coffee (2pm)
TEA
Latte
Glass of water
6 sesame and poppy seed biscuits
Cheese spread
HIGH TEA
2 crab sticks
2 small scoops of guacamole dip
glass of water
1 bowl Mum's soup and parmesan
EVENING
3 sprouts
1 vanilla yoghurt
Few more tips: used skimmed milk instead of full fat or semi skimmed milk, it will save you precious calories. Eat bio live yoghurt as it is better for you. It has live cultures that are good for the stomach.
