Hooray! Weight loss at last. What has really surprised me by revisiting this diet is that over the years my eating habits have hardly changed and all this food is equally delicious for me today as it was 10 years ago. I dread to think what this says about my personality. No doubt there is someone, somewhere who analyses eating patterns and pigeon-holes us by what we eat. I might fall into the category of vegetarian extremist or possibly a short, fat person with a strong desire to lose weight.

Cup of lemon tea
2 wholemeal crackers
DINNER
4 wholemeal crackers
1 lemon tea
2 glasses water
1 cup of coffee
TEA
Half a tin Heinz carrot and ginger soup
7 poppy and sesame seed biscuits
Primula shrimp spread, few squeezes
2 pieces of beetroot
6 cherry tomatoes
1 lettuce heart
1 boiled egg yolk
1 cup of tea
1 glass of water
