Another good result, which gives me hope because I am following this eating arrangement at the moment and have got stuck at the same weight for 3 days. I know if I'm patient, the next few days will see it tumbling off. From the note in the margin of my 2005 diet, I happen to know that on this particular Saturday, I went to London (I am pretty sure it was the London Boat Show) and this means all the timings are weird.
EARLY MORNING DRINK (8am)
Cup of tea
BREAKFAST (9am)
Glass of water
1 wholemeal cracker
ELEVENSES (11.30am)
Glass of water
2 wholemeal crackers
EARLY TEA (4.45pm)
Cup of tomato and basil soup (bought in a café - it can be done!)
Glass of water
EVENING MEAL (9pm)
From memory I purchased the following food in either an M&S food store, or Waitrose mini-store. It was near Harrods.
Mixed salad with a boiled egg (eaten outside Harrods - this location is not vital to succeed on this diet)
2 oz fresh peas
1 glass of water
LATE NIGHT (When I got home no doubt)
1 cup of coffee
1 glass of water
There you have it. I spent the day in London and stuck to my resolve to lose weight. Find out what happens tomorrow.
