1 Dutch biscuit (rusk type) [I'm going to have to go to the supermarket to find out what they are called. They're really lightweight and writing about them has made me want to get some more]

[Hmn, two elevenses, now that's being greedy]
Cup of coffee
1 yoghurt and prunes (small pot)
LUNCH (1.30pm)
Bowl of Mum's soup
TEA (5.45pm)
Cup of lemon tea
The following meal:
1 ounce of cooked pasta
1 oz mushrooms
2 slices leek
Chili and garlic sauce
1 boiled egg
10 teaspoons of coconut yoghurt
EVENING (9.10pm)
Cup of lemon tea
1 wholemeal cracker
LATE NIGHT (11.30pm)
2 glasses water
Looks like I forgot the water again and decided to have it in the middle of the night! Not very sensible. Remember to drink water during the day. I was hopeless at it.
