LATE AFTERNOON (4pm)

Half an ounce of baked ham
1 boiled egg
12 teaspoons of coconut bio-organic yoghurt
3 ounces paw paw (what's that?)

I've written in the margin in block caps I FEEL FULL UP. Well that's a good thing. I expect by now my stomach has shrunk and isn't demanding so much food. Unfortunately I am going to be in for a bit of a surprise over the next couple of days, despite the fact that I've upped my water intake today.
