I was beginning to flag by this stage and wrote in the margin 'two weeks left. I wonder how much more weight I will lose. It's coming off rather slowly now'.

half a tomato
2 lettuce leaves
1 glass of water
LUNCH (1pm)
4 low calorie biscuits
1 latte
AFTERNOON (4pm)
Cup of coffee
TEA (6pm)
6 poppy and sesame seed biscuits
Primula prawn spread
A bowl of Mum's Soup
Three quarters of a small pot of plain Greek style yoghurt
2 satsumas
1 Sainsbury's French set apricot yoghurt (119 calories)
Couple of spoons of coconut yoghurt
FEELING FULL UP
1 glass of water
NIGHT (10pm)
1 lemon tea
2 wholemeal crackers
That's two days in a row that I felt full up. And probably two days of feeling fed up - weight isn't shedding - maybe feeling full up is not the answer!
