Day 8 - SATURDAY - 9 stone 9 lbs

I devised this eating plan in January 2005. It was my New Year's Resolution to lose weight. Day 8 was January 8 and I have written in the margin: burgled in the night. Electric drill/screw driver and frozen food stolen from the garage during a windy storm. Max [our adorable dog] barked and frightened the intruder away.  It was a horrible experience and we discovered later that other items had gone too. I can see the irony of the frozen food theft now (I wonder if the thief got fat!) and it makes me chuckle - it didn't when it happened. These days we always keep our garage locked.

BREAKFAST (9am)
Cup of tea

EARLY LUNCH (12.15)
Cup of lemon tea
2 Fox's wholemeal crackers
1 glass of water

LUNCH (2pm)
half small pot of plain yoghurt
2 sesame/poppy seed biscuits and 2 scoops guacamole
Cup of coffee

EVENING MEAL (7pm)
2 Fox's wholemeal crackers
Latte
Half small pot of plain yoghurt
Taste of mashed potato (I am guessing I must have cooked dinner for everyone else and not been able to resist the mash)
1 satsuma
1 glass of water
1 Caesar salad (yum)

HALF AN HOUR LATER
1 Fox's wholemeal cracker
(HUNGRY, but feeling slimmer at last)

LATE NIGHT (11pm)
Cup of hot fruit punch

MIDNINGHT
Latte

That was and odd eating arrangement. All out of kilter, but then it was Saturday. How are you getting along? There is no need to follow my erratic timings, it's the calories you need to keep check on. I might go through at a later date and list my calorie intake.
